We host a pet-friendly three-bedroom, two-bathroom home that overlooks the Murray River within a short walk to wetlands, a boardwalk through the reeds of the Murray River, freshwater fishing on the water’s edge, and fantastic lake views from its sandstone cliffs.
Bedrooms 1 and 2 boast queen size beds. Bedroom 3 has a Triple Bunk Bed with a Single at the top, and a Double at the base, with a single pull-out Trundle sleeps (4)
The comfy lounge area is perfect for families and has table seating for 8, a New Smart TV, and a three-piece sofa (both sofa chairs recline).
Some Books, games and cards are awaiting a bit of R&R when needed.
Clayton Bay Cottage is perfect in summer or winter with its three air-conditioners and wood heater.
Fully functioning kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, hot plates, oven, two fridges, plenty of cook wear, crockery, and cutlery.
Two Modern Bathrooms, toilets, and full laundry amenities.
Please relax and enjoy the view all the way to Goolwa or even a BBQ on our back deck with an outdoor setting for 8.
There is also a secure yard for children and pets with off-street parking.
We supply pillows, quilts, and blankets.
You will need to supply your own Pillow Cases, Sheets and Towels. However, they are available upon application for a fee.
If using Apps on the Smart TV supplied, don’t forget to log out on departure.
